朝起きてから眠るまでの一日賑やかな時間もあれば静かな時間もある人に囲まれている時間もあれば一人の時間もあるふと気がつくと自分が望む時間のバランスが崩れがちになる偏った時間の過ごし方はどこかで反動を生む一人で過ごす時間を大切にする静かな時間を大切にするその時間を大切にできるからこそ誰かと過ごす時間がより一層輝かしいものになる
